We are currently recruiting for the position of Payroll Administrator for immediate start.

The Role of Payroll Administrator includes the following duties:

  • Entering payroll data into online systems
  • Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings and deductions.
  • Preparing and drafting documents such as pay slips & P45s
  • Responding to payroll and tax queries from staff, employers, or clients
  • Accurately maintain employee and payroll records with updates, such as adding new starters, processing leavers, holiday and sickness absences and pay rate changes.
  • Annual tax year end processes
  • Ad hoc duties
